Sales Consultant – Durban

At Home Fabrics, we believe exceptional interiors begin with exceptional relationships. That's why we're looking for an experienced and driven Sales Consultant to join our Durban team from 1 September 2026.

This is more than a sales role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted partner to interior designers, decorators, upholsterers, furniture manufacturers and other trade professionals, helping them bring their creative visions to life with premium fabric solutions.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing and growing existing client relationships, presenting our extensive product ranges, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering the outstanding service that Home Fabrics is known for. The successful candidate will be passionate about sales, confident in building long-term partnerships, and motivated by achieving ambitious targets while creating real value for customers. 

We're looking for someone who:
•    Has a minimum of five years' sales experience, preferably within the textile, interior design or related industries. 
•    Is an excellent communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills. 
•    Is self-motivated, organised and customer-focused. 
•    Has a valid driver's licence, reliable transport, and is willing to travel. 
•    Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
